Privacy Policy & Data Controls
Effective Date: October 30, 2026 • Version 1.0
1. Zero Mandatory Account Registration
One Minute Life does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment details to play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA).
2. Strictly Necessary Session Cookie (`oml_anon_sid`)
When you start or resume a game, we set a single functional HTTP-only cookie (`oml_anon_sid`, max retention 30 days) and store a one-way salted cryptographic hash (`SHA-256`) on our server solely to:
- Restore your in-progress game round if you accidentally refresh or close your mobile browser;
- Ensure each player's first completed Daily Challenge run counts only once toward global daily statistics.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral profiling cookies.
3. Public Share Links (`/result/[token]`)
When you finish a game, a random opaque receipt token is generated so you can view or share your score card. Public result pages display only your game outcome, score, and final fictional company metrics—never your IP address or session hash.
4. Instant Self-Service Data Reset & Erasure
You can immediately unlink your anonymous session hash from past game runs, delete associated telemetry events, and clear your browser session cookie using the button below:
